Meet the Sterling Foundation
Back in 1989, the Sterling Foundation began with a singular mission: cleaning, maintaining, and landscaping our hometown’s main street, Sterling Boulevard. For thirty years we’ve taken care of the expansive natural median, ensuring everyone’s first impression of Sterling is as beautiful as possible. Although our mission has since grown, we’re proud to continue caring for this vital part of our infrastructure. We hope we can count on your support!
Every October, SterlingFest brings everyone together for a giant block party. We fill the streets of Sterling with booths, games, food trucks, music, and more. The proceeds help to fund our initiatives throughout the year as we continue our work for Sterling. We hope you’ll come out to meet the many businesses, organizations, charities, and fascinating people that help make Sterling such a wonderful place!
We’re proud of our on-going efforts to ensure Sterling shines bright. In addition to our work on Sterling Blvd, we also run regular stream clean-up days maintaining our local waterways. Make sure you visit the Helen Casey Memorial Butterfly Garden, which helps to enrich our environment and bring beauty to our community. Together we can contribute to Sterling’s heritage by cleaning, maintaining, and beautifying!
